At Adelin Properties we believe, our team is what defines us. We treat our employees like family, and in turn they treat you like family. Our team members are encouraged to be involved in, and contribute to, the overall growth of the company. We believe in promoting a sense of ownership and pride in our buildings and services.
Keeping our employees motivated and engaged is key, one of the best ways to accomplish this is regular team meetings, where we keep each other up to date on team goals and objectives, encourage communication and collaboration. Each team member has a chance to express their opinions, knowing they are heard and valued. We also believe in sharing responsibilities among the team, ensuring we are helping to train and empower each team member to help with any client needs.
Our team members believe in the importance of giving back and supporting our community. Members of our team regularly participate in community events, volunteer and hold positions on not-for-profit boards such as DMCI, BOMA, YMCA of Greater Moncton, Hub City Young Professionals, ICD NB Chapter Executive (Institute of Corporate Directors), the Evolution fundraising campaign at l’Université de Moncton and the cross-country and track teams at l’école Mathieu Martin.
