Keeping our employees motivated and engaged is key, one of the best ways to accomplish this is regular team meetings, where we keep each other up to date on team goals and objectives, encourage communication and collaboration. Each team member has a chance to express their opinions, knowing they are heard and valued. We also believe in sharing responsibilities among the team, ensuring we are helping to train and empower each team member to help with any client needs.

Our team members are deeply committed to giving back and supporting our community. They regularly participate in community events, volunteer their time, hold or have held positions on not-for-profit boards including DMCI, BOMA CANADA, YMCA of Greater Moncton, the ICD NB Chapter Executive (Institute of Corporate Directors), the Evolution fundraising campaign at l’Université de Moncton, and the cross-country and track teams at l’école Mathieu Martin. Additionally, our involvement extends to Athletics New Brunswick, the 2029 Canada Summer Games, Habitation pour la vie, and the Institut de recherche Donald J. Savoie.

Adelin Properties maintains strong connections and continuously contributes to the business community through affiliations with BOMA Moncton/PEI, WMI, GMCC, CENB, APEGNB, and ICD. It’s also worth noting that our director of leasing and operations is an alumna of the Wallace McCain Institute!

A recent Business Administration graduate from Acadia University, Marley brings her energy, fresh ideas, and enthusiasm to our team. Originally from Moncton, she spent the last few years in Nova Scotia and is happy to be back home with family. When she's not busy helping us keep things running smoothly, you can find her staying active-especially out on a run.

Where Precision Meets Performance.

Originally from Sweden and having lived across various European countries, Linda has a unique perspective on property management and a wealth of diverse experiences to Adelin Properties. With a family that includes her husband, two kids, and a dog, she knows the value of creating a welcoming environment. Currently, Linda is excited to be learning under Jocelyne Dupuis, our Director of Leasing and Operations, as she trains to become our Associate Property Manager. Her role will also involve collaborating closely with our maintenance team, Terry and Eric, to manage daily schedules and coordinate larger-scale construction and preventative maintenance projects.

What people appreciate most about Terry is his commitment to detail and perfection. Not only does he take incredible pride in his work, he’s a sponge when it comes to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities. As a certified building inspector and 20 years working as a contractor, he see things that others would miss. He has sense of urgency that means he will never let a client down, we love the fact that he’s there when you need him. He truly brings a smile to our faces, every single day.
