Each team member has a chance to express their opinions, knowing they are heard and valued. We also believe in sharing responsibilities among the team, ensuring we are helping to train and empower each team member to help with any client needs.
Our team members are deeply committed to giving back and supporting our community. They regularly participate in community events, volunteer their time, hold or have held positions on not-for-profit boards including DMCI, BOMA CANADA, YMCA of Greater Moncton, the ICD NB Chapter Executive (Institute of Corporate Directors), the Evolution fundraising campaign at l’Université de Moncton, and the cross-country and track teams at l’école Mathieu Martin. Additionally, our involvement extends to Athletics New Brunswick, the 2029 Canada Summer Games, Habitation pour la vie, and the Institut de recherche Donald J. Savoie.
Adelin Properties maintains strong connections and continuously contributes to the business community through affiliations with BOMA Moncton/PEI, WMI, GMCC, CENB, APEGNB, and ICD. It’s also worth noting that our director of leasing and operations is an alumna of the Wallace McCain Institute!
