Jr. Property Manager

Adelin Properties is currently recruiting a junior property manager to assists the property manager in fulfilling her responsibilities related to the preventive and reactive maintenance of buildings while ensuring outstanding customer service. This role includes coordinating and inspecting the maintenance work and ensuring the quality of the work, coordinating special projects and act as a liaison between the client and the service providers.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preventive - Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and planned work
  • Reactive - Coordinate and perform follow-ups for customer requests, close the loop for customer service (tenants, owners and others)
  • Quality control of the work and services offered - Inspection and quality assurance of service providers (janitorial, ventilation system, security systems, etc.)
  • Quality control of properties - Visits and general inspections of properties (exterior, common areas) for cleanliness and conditions (monthly for those maintained and quarterly for <triple net>)
  • HVAC - Coordination and monitoring of preventive and reactive work on the various ventilation systems
  • Coordination of work for special projects, including establishing work schedules, supplier price requests, documentation, work approval and work management
  • Solutions of various problems
  • Internal communication (meetings, documentation, request processing process, status of works ...)
  • Monthly update of the website
  • Work on BOMA Best project for group buildings with a view to obtaining certification 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required knowledge
    • Experience or general knowledge of building systems such as roofing, plumbing, ventilation, electricity, security and access systems, etc.
    • Knowledge in preventive maintenance programming.
    • Bilingual spoken and written.
    • Exceptional knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Required skills
    • Problem solving.
    • Ability to prioritize.
    • Customer relations, oral and written communication.
    • Organization and documentation.
    • Use the computer and other digital technologies to search, organize, evaluate, produce, exchange and communicate information via the internet.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma and 3 to 5 years work related experience.
  • Previous experience in assisting tenants required.
